JENNIE BISHOP

Jennie Bishop serves as Principal of Studio Gild, executing exquisitely crafted, thoughtful designs. Known for her keen ability to weave clean lines and rich contrasts with deliberate pops of color and texture, Bishop offers a fresh approach to every existing framework to ensure each project aligns with the client’s aesthetic and needs. ​

Bishop has created spaces for a distinguished roster of clients from Chicago to New York to Mexico. Prior to Studio Gild, Bishop founded her design firm, Jennie Bishop Design, and held positions at Thom Filicia in New York City and Kara Mann Design, where she managed all aspects of high-end residential projects from initial concept to final installation. Bishop prides herself on creating distinctive environments that reflect each client’s unique interests, collections and personality.

Bishop earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University and later attended the American Intercontinental University in London before earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago.
