Converting a former three-unit apartment building into a single-family home is no small feat from the jump, but Jennie Bishop's team took on this gut renovation with a strong vision and a lot of color. Among the client requests were goals of a modern, comfortable abode that could grow with their family, but the most notable ask was to build out a "not boring" home. Bold wallpaper, funky furniture and saturated textiles spared the space from the mundane while contemporary comforts were delivered in the form of new millwork, flooring, windows and doors.
